If you're using our app without registering, we still respect your privacy. We collect anonymized data tied to your device for personalisation, ensuring you get the most tailored experience possible without providing any specific personal information.

When using our mobile app, we'll ask for permissions to use your device’s camera, sensors and microphone, as well as access your device’s photos and media files. This lets you record or upload videos and publish it to the platform as you wish. Rest assured, the control is always in your hands, and we will never access or publish any of your content without your consent.
We might also ask for permission to access the contacts on your device in order to allow you to share your content on QRTD with them. This is entirely optional.
You retain the right to change or revoke any device permissions at any time in your settings. You're in charge.

In addition to responding to your requests and inquiries, we're all about personalizing your experience and improving our services, as well as enforcing our policies and complying with legal obligations. Your data is central to these pursuits.
We will also be very happy if we are able to send you relevant updates, and we hope you will be, too. This could be in the form of newsletters, marketing, or info about product upgrades. This is completely under your control, so if you ever feel it's too much and it does not make you happy, you can always opt out of non-essential updates.

While most of the data we handle isn't directly personally identifiable and is kept indefinitely, any identifiable data is removed once a user account is terminated, rendering linked usage data anonymous.
Videos stay on our platform as long as they remain relevant or until sharers delete them. After deletion, we might store anonymous, mathematical representations of these videos.
Any transactional data that we are mandated to retain by legal obligations, is preserved for the required duration.
7. Your data rights, under GDPR:
You've got rights, and we respect them absolutely. Access, correct or delete your personal information whenever you want. If you have a request, we will process it swiftly and will always get back to you within a month, as per legal requirements.
The vast majority of the data we handle is not directly personally identifiable. Still, if you wish to opt out of data processing of personally identifiable data, you can do so by deleting your account. You will still be able to use the app, but without your permission to process your data, we will not be able to process transactions and fulfill purchases for you.
If you ever feel that your data rights aren't being respected, you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. We sincerely hope it never comes to that, but it's essential you know your rights.
